Can you work overnight for build and break?

Yes. We regularly carry out overnight and unsociable-hours working for event build and break schedules. Events often have restricted windows for heavy vehicle access and we plan and work around these as a matter of course.

How much notice do you need for an event booking?

For large events, the more notice the better — ideally several weeks for complex or multi-day builds. For smaller event bookings we can sometimes accommodate shorter notice. Call us as early as possible to discuss your event dates and requirements.

Can you work overnight for event build and break?

Yes. Overnight working is a standard part of the job for us. These builds often require vehicle access during restricted windows — early morning, overnight or early in build periods before site opens to other trades. We plan around these requirements as a matter of course.

Do you deliver and place glamping pods?

Yes. We regularly deliver timber glamping pods, shepherd huts and prefabricated leisure cabins to rural sites across the UK. Our HIAB trucks can self-load at the manufacturer and place precisely on site — including on uneven ground or in locations without hard standing access for a conventional delivery vehicle.

How far in advance should I book for an event?

For complex multi-day builds, we recommend booking several weeks in advance. The more notice we have, the better we can schedule and plan the most efficient use of our vehicles. For smaller jobs we can sometimes accommodate shorter notice — call us and we will advise on availability.
